Terms of Service.
Last updated June 3, 2026. These terms cover your use of TrucksTMS, operated by Load Company, Inc..
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TrucksTMS (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your company to these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. The fee per active truck is described on our Pricing page. We may change pricing on 30 days’ notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt unauthorized access; (b) transmit unlawful content; (c) reverse engineer or scrape; (d) use the Service in violation of FMCSA, DOT, or applicable transportation regulations.
5. Customer Data
You retain all rights to data you submit. We don’t sell Customer Data and don’t use it for advertising. Export anytime. After cancellation, read-only for 90 days then deleted within 30 days.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance announced via the status page and email.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Use of integrated tools is subject to their own terms.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable care.
9. Intellectual Property
TrucksTMS, its logos, source code, and software are owned by Load Company, Inc..
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Aggregate liability capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You’ll defend and indemnify Load Company, Inc. from third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days’ notice.
14. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts in Spokane County, Washington.
15. Changes
Material changes announced by email and on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
