1. What we collect
Account info: name, email, company, phone.
Billing: handled by Stripe (last 4 + expiration only).
Operational data: loads, customers, drivers, trucks, invoices, documents.
Integration tokens: OAuth tokens for QuickBooks, Motive, Samsara, etc. encrypted at rest.
Usage analytics: aggregated, pseudonymized.
2. How we use it
To deliver the Service, support you, bill you, improve the product. Not for advertising.
3. Subprocessors
AWS, Stripe, Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and integration providers you connect.
4. AI & ML
The AI features in the Service process your data to deliver the feature. We don’t train general-purpose models on your operational data without explicit written consent.
5. Cookies
First-party cookies for auth and analytics. See cookie policy.
6. Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete anytime. Email concierge@truckstms.com. CA, VA, CO, CT residents have additional rights — we honor them for all customers.
7. Retention
Active accounts: indefinitely. Cancelled: read-only 90 days, then deleted within 30 days.
8. International users
Data is processed in the U.S.
9. Changes
Material changes announced by email and on this page at least 30 days in advance.
