TrucksTMS precision logistics
Now accepting fleets · v3 — Spring 2026

The TMS for trucking companies that demand more.

Engineered for fleets that have outgrown the spreadsheet, the legacy TMS, and the “modern” SaaS that’s actually a broker tool. Every integration. Every module. Concierge onboarding included.

Software should disappear into the work, not announce itself.

Most TMSes are a museum of menus. They demand training, certifications, “super-users.” The actual work — dispatching a load, sending an invoice, getting paid — gets buried under the configurability.

TrucksTMS is built on the inverse premise: pick the right defaults, polish them obsessively, and ship them with every account. The dispatcher learns it in an hour. The bookkeeper trusts it on day one. The owner sees the margin lift in the first quarter.

— Precision logistics, engineered.

The platform

Six modules. All included.

Every TrucksTMS account ships with the full platform. No tier paywalls, no feature flags, no “upgrade to unlock.”

— 01 / Dispatch

Dispatch & Routing

Drag-and-drop load board. Driver SMS pipeline. Geofence-triggered status updates. The dispatcher does almost nothing — on purpose.

— 02 / Tracking

Tracking & Geofences

Live ELD location, custom geofences, branded public tracking links. Customers stop calling for status because they can see it.

— 03 / Invoicing

Invoicing & QuickBooks

BOL hits, invoice fires. Bidirectional QuickBooks Online sync. DSO drops 11.4 days on average in the first quarter.

— 04 / Pay

Driver Pay & Settlements

Mileage, percentage, hourly, flat. Settlements run in minutes. Statements email automatically. Payroll exports in one click.

— 05 / Fleet

Fleet Management

Trucks, trailers, drivers, compliance dates. Per-truck P&L. The binder of paper renewals goes away.

— 06 / Schedule

Capacity Scheduling

14-day forward calendar. HOS-aware planning. Empty-slot alerts. Sell capacity at the right rate, not the panic rate.

— 07Intelligence

AI built into every workflow. Not bolted on as a press release.

A document processor that reads BOLs, rate cons, and PODs. An after-hours auto-attendant that handles overnight check-calls. A dispatch assistant that suggests optimal triangulation. The AI does the parts of the job nobody wants to do — quietly, in the background.

  • BOL/POD/rate-con extraction with 96.4% accuracy on first pass
  • Overnight check-call AI — logs answers, pages humans on exceptions
  • Triangulation engine for round-trips and dedicated runs
  • Anomaly detection on customer payment patterns and lane margins

From pickup to paid — without the chase.

Same-day invoicing isn’t an upgrade. It’s the baseline. The moment your driver hits delivered, TrucksTMS auto-builds the invoice from rate-con + accessorials, attaches the BOL and POD, and sends it via email, factor portal, or QuickBooks — per customer.

  • TriggerDriver marks delivered + uploads BOL.
  • BuildAuto-construct from rate-con, accessorials, detention.
  • SendPer-customer rule: PDF email, factor portal, or QB invoice.
  • ReconcileQB pulls payment status; aging report self-updates.

Built-in

Six things that just happen.

— 01

Auto status updates

Geofences fire customer pings as trucks arrive and depart. No "where are you?" calls.

— 02

AI document parsing

Drop a rate-con PDF; we read the customer, lane, and rate. BOL photo? Data extracted.

— 03

After-hours attendant

An AI handles overnight check-calls and logs answers in load notes.

— 04

Public tracking links

Customers get a clean URL with ETA and status — without a login, branded with your colors.

— 05

Fuel card sync

FleetOne, Motive Card, EFS, WEX. Transactions land in the load record. IFTA backfills.

— 06

Per-truck P&L

Know which trucks pay for themselves and which ones quietly bleed money.

Voices from the field

What operators say.

Switched from a $30k/year enterprise TMS. We pay less, my dispatchers move faster, and our drivers actually use the SMS workflow. The cleanest piece of software I’ve put on a fleet in fifteen years.

Leslie D.
Logistics Planner · Reefer carrier · 42 trucks

The roster view changed how we plan. We see Friday on Monday now.

Natalia P.
CEO · 28-truck regional

My dispatcher stopped working weekends. Auto check-calls do half the old job.

Sergey P.
Sr. Dispatcher

DSO dropped 13 days in our first 90.

Common questions

What fleets ask before requesting access.

Why is the price higher than CarriersTMS or TruckRoster?
TrucksTMS is positioned as the premium tier of the same underlying platform. The price reflects concierge onboarding, every integration included, and AI-throughout. If you want bare-metal pricing without the white-glove, look at our sister brands.
What is “concierge onboarding”?
A dedicated engineer walks your team through setup over screenshares, imports your data, configures your QuickBooks and ELD connections, and runs side-by-side with your old TMS for two weeks. You’re not handed off to a help-desk queue.
How long does onboarding take?
First load dispatched on day one. Full cutover from another TMS in 7–14 days, with a side-by-side period. Concierge customers get a dedicated engineer for the entire duration.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. SMS pipeline + web link for tracking. Less friction.
14-day evaluation?
Yes. No credit card required. Full feature set including AI suite. If you walk away, you walk away with a full data export.
