Why is TrucksTMS more expensive than CarriersTMS or TruckRoster?
TrucksTMS is the premium tier of the same underlying platform. The price reflects every integration included, AI throughout, and the option of concierge onboarding. If you want bare-metal pricing without the white-glove, look at our sister brands.
How much does TrucksTMS cost?
$49 per truck per month for fleets of 4–150 trucks. Owner-Operators pay $39/truck. 150+ is custom enterprise pricing. Concierge onboarding is a $199/month flat add-on.
Setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fees. Standard onboarding is included. Concierge onboarding (dedicated engineer, on-site workshop) is the optional $199/month add-on.
Annual discount?
Yes — prepay 12 months and save one month (8.3%).
Onboarding & switching
What is concierge onboarding?
A dedicated engineer walks your team through setup over screenshares, imports your data, configures your QuickBooks and ELD connections, and runs side-by-side with your old TMS for two weeks.
How long does onboarding take?
First load dispatched on day one. Full cutover from another TMS in 7–14 days, with a side-by-side period.
Will my dispatchers need training?
A 30-minute walkthrough is usually enough. The interface follows the way fleets actually run loads.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. SMS for driver communication, web link for tracking. Less friction.

Which ELDs do you support?
Motive, Samsara, HOS247 first-party. New providers added monthly.
QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online, fully bidirectional. QuickBooks Desktop on the roadmap.
Fuel cards?
FleetOne, Motive Card, EFS, WEX. Daily transaction sync, IFTA gallons backfill.

Yes. Public REST API with OpenAPI spec. Free for all customers.
